Mahjar Post is a news and culture platform covering news of Arab and Muslim communities in North America, in English and Arabic. News and opinion are clearly distinguished, and stories summarize reports from the sources linked on each story page.

We work to get the facts right. If you spot an error, write to hello@mahjarpost.com - corrections are always welcome, and we fix mistakes when we find them.

Content ownership

Original content on this site belongs to Mahjar Post. The sources we link to belong to their publishers. You are welcome to share links to any page, and to quote short excerpts with credit and a link.

Our newsletter is hosted by Substack, and our stories link to outside sources. Those are third-party sites with their own terms and policies, which we do not control.
